MASSAGE THERAPY
FOR ATHLETES. FOR EVERYONE.
Massage therapy helps you get the most out of your exercise routine by enhancing muscle recovery. It can rid the body of increased metabolic waste that has built up after strenuous exercise. A massage can relieve inflammation, spasms, and pain that can restrict your range of motion and limit your performance. Include a massage as a part of your health care routine.

My work passion from the beginning has always been to help people live their best lives. If I can, even in some small way, help another find a path to a healthier lifestyle I feel my mission is fulfilled.
After graduating from The University of New Hampshire, receiving my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, my fitness career began at FitCorp in Boston, MA. Massage therapy complemented my work path in 2005, and I have greatly enjoyed being able to work on both sides of the fitness/health journey with exercise and recovery.
My personal fitness passion was discovered in 2014, with the opening of CrossFit 696. I am honored to be a part of an outstanding and supportive community that only believes in building individuals to being the best they can be.
